Favourite Lip Colours!
Let's move on to the lips! You know, girls almost can't live without lip colours. Be it tint, tinted balm, lipstick, lip tar, etc etc etc which we can't mention all of them in this blog else I'll be making a novel instead of a blog post.
So far, I've collected few lip colours, most of them are lip tints because it's easy to use, long-lasting and feels like not wearing anything on lips unlike 80-90ish mommas' lipsticks I used during stage shows when I was a little cute kid (BLEH) which felt like sticking glue to my lips and it felt sticky and heavy and everything else. Now I already have my own money, I bought some of the lip colours on my own choice! And thank goodness, ALL of the lip colours I bought never let me down, and I'm loving all of them that I have some issues WHICH ONE TO PUT ON everytime I'm gonna go out.
AND! Before you judge and bash me because of my EYEBROWS I'm gonna apologize to you all first because I really didn't pay attention to my brows since my focus today is my LIPS. I did the taboo with super-thick brows and I didn't realised it UNTIL I added some words on my pics, and I was like--"HOLY F*** MY F***ING BROWS" and I was already removing all of my makeup so I--cried. I laughed until I cried. HAHAHAHA. Not sure what I'm gonna do about it if it's real life and I went out with that kind of brows ZOMG.
Well, so that's an early warning so if you can't stand super thick brows I'll suggest--close the upper half of your monitor/phone so you don't have to see my (ugly) brows LOL.
Let's start with my MOST FAVOURITE one.
FIRST! Etude House's Fresh Cherry Tint PK001 Baby Pink
This one was bought under curiosity of "why does this one went on viral in the net I wanna know" kind of thought and BAM I bought it. For the record, I'm really a sucker for cute baby colours moreover pinks and oranges and corals. I love it to the point I'm obsessed, BUT my skin tone (I'm NC25-30) isn't really supporting me on my obsession *sigh*
I love the super subtle pink lips under application of this one. I like how it turns out on pictures AND in real world. AND THE BEST PART IS. Even though I don't wear concealer before applying the liptint, it still shows the similar baby pink color and it does brighten up my skin tone. UGH I DEFINITELY LOVE THIS ONE. Even when I don't apply concealer first, the pink still shows when it's set on my lips. The only drawback is sometimes this tint dries my lips when I'm not in a perfect healthy condition, and it worsen the look of my lips if I don't apply lip balm or gloss after application.
SECOND! Etude House's Color Pop Mini Shine Tint #09
I don't know how it turned from "I wanna try this one" to "GOD I LOVE THIS ONE" on this lip product. At first, it was just curiosity then it turned into love LOL.
Came out as pretty pink, almost natural colour on my lips. I applied concealer before application since I have really dark lips (URGH) else I'll have a lot redder and darker lips which makes me looks a lot like a woman in her 35 instead of my real age (sobs). ANYWAY, it still pops out my lips and looking not really natural but not really fake so yes I love this one. I love the pink, I love how it moisturises my lips and not drying like any other lip tint. I only hate the fact I have to wear concealer beneath the tint :/
THIRD! Etude House's Color Pop Mini Shine Tint #04
This is my first orange lip colour. I bought it along with the #09 since I wanna try lighter, natural orange colour and how will it work for me. Is it good or is it bad?
SUPER PALE CORAL ORANGE. Love? Definitely. It's like having a natural pale lips, like having perfect pale lips without so much effort. Looks nude with some hint of pink, looks so natural, and on top everything it doesn't make me look older. Or it does?
Innisfree's Creamy Tint Lipstick #20
Why is this one put last and has no number? Because this one is my mom's. LOL. I don't use this one daily basis but I have to say even though the advertising and the bullet colour shows it's a DEEP BRIGHT orange-ish coral red, it still comes out like PINK on me. WHY!!
Firstly, I'm gonna show you how it's supposed to be according to the ad and the bullet colour. This is the ad.

On real colour, it's slightly more orange than the bullet here (pic above), but yes it was similar to the advertising colour. Upon application, it's supposed to be like far left (lips pictures). That is Innisfree Creamy Tint Lipstick #20. Let's check out mine.
TADAAAAAAAAAAA it's pink. Again. Just a little bit brighter and more opaque compared to Etude's Fresh Cherry Tint. I don't get it. It's completely different rather than #20 on the advertisement. On the advertisement, it's bright red with orange tone. Applied on my lips, it's bright pink with orange tone. I applied concealer first, yes. But it shouldn't make a big deal because Creamy Tint Lipstick is a very opaque lipstick. Well--aside of the huge difference it shows, actually I like the color.
Overall, I like these lip colours so bad. Even though the colours are not really different on me, I like these kind of colour on my lips. I've never tried deep or bright colours like red or maroon, but I think I should try putting them on once in a while. Let me pull myself together first because I always think I won't go well with my skin tone. Maybe later lol.
