Transparent Teal Star

Blue Baby Blue Eyes

I'm so weak against something with "SALE" tagged on it.

And I guess most of us ladies do.
Who doesn't get some drool when something you've been putting on your super-long wishlist suddenly tagged as DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?

Such thing happened with me, who has been eyeing red cosmetic lenses and subtle blue ones. One of my favourite shop for cosmetic lenses suddenly posting something with such big four-lettered magic word ("SALE", yes) on its Facebook page and my wishlist lenses were THERE.

And so, without further ado, I bought two pairs. Both are from EOS brand which I really like:
Blytheye red (yes I've been wanting red lenses since first time I can use cosmetic lenses) and Ice blue. The Blytheye red one had been reviewed before, and now I'm gonna review the Ice blue one.

The product came in a simple white-pink paper box and that handwriting in blue is mine, to differ the box from the Blytheye one's since the box is the same. Nothing is really special about the packaging actually.

And same thing goes with the vial bottles. Though I really hate to open cosmetic lenses in vial bottles, what can I do when my favourite brand wants to keep using vial bottles as the containers? The power and colour is stated on the top of the bottle. I'm using plano because I don't have any problem with my sight, I'm just liking how my eyes will look like in other colours.

As you can see, the pattern is very simple with the limbal ring being thinner than other dolly-eye lenses. So if you want lenses with extreme eye-enlargement, probably this one is not for you. It does enlarge, but not as much as dolly as others with thicker limbal ring.

The pattern and the colour. Soft baby blue colour with lines pointing at the middle of the lense, where your pupils will be. I thought this one will not make so much differences to my eye colour since the colour is only on the rim, unlike Blytheye ones which colour is filled up almost to the center of the lens.

For clearer look of the pattern from the back side and front side of the lens.
To differ the sides, you can see the back side has blue pattern overlapping the black ones, and the other way round for the front side.

I'M SORRY FOR MY HALF-THICKER BROW WAS IT ME OR WAS IT JUST THE LIGHTING
It was worn indoor and natural light from the window

When worn, the colour doesn't show up greatly but I really like how the lens makes my eyes looking like something comes out from cartoon with pretty blue colour and it does enlarge my eyes but without that freakish dolly-eyes look.

VERDICTS

+ Thin limbal rings, enlarges eyes just enough for looking cuter (BLAH)
+ Affordable although it's not on discount (LOL)
+ Doesn't hurt my eyes YASSS
+ Pretty, subtle blue colour
= Pretty comfortable for the first 4-6 hours depends on environment

Comfort 4/5
Colour 4/5
Enlargement 3.5/5

Buy it again?

Uhh... I think I've set my eyes on Nobluk lenses and I'm currently crazed over grey eyes so maybe later after I tick the Nobluk one on my wishlist :p

WARNING: TRAIN OF SHAMELESS SELFIES BELOW 8D
