Beauty Review: Nonna Cream Shadow
Good morning all! I feel like blogging some review since my office's dekstop connection won't work since morning so I decided to write some review about this cream shadow I bought some decades (??) ago.
NONNA CREAM SHADOW
Nonna cream shadow. Indonesian must be super familiar with this brand, because this brand exists in every accessories store called "Stroberi". A homophone for "Strawberry" but said more village-ish like and in Indonesian. LOL.
I was planning to use this as my eyeshadow base because my friend recommended this one because it's pretty good and blend well and quite cheap. A jar like this, filled with about 3-5 grams of cream shadow only for IDR 22,000 or about US$2. Cheap. Yes.
Let's take a closer look about this cream shadow.

But when I tried to apply the cream, it wasn't that disappointing. It leaves a sheer nude colour on my eyes, blend well on my lids, and no shimmer no glitter. WTF ARE YOU BUYING THIS USELESS THING FOR?? Uhm.. As I said before, this was planned to be my eyeshadow base so the eyeshadow will show more of its colours. But several weeks after I bought this, a friend gave her Aubeau eyeshadow base which is much more fine. LoL. So there it is, left inside my makeup pouch, untouchable. LOL. Well I bought my skin colour for this shadow, which won't show any difference if I use it or not.
Pros:
☆ not shimmery, not glittery. perfect colour for base
☆ blends pretty well
☆ cheap, only IDR22,000 (about US$2)
☆ easy to apply
Cons:
☆ makes my oily lids a bit more oilier, since the texture is cream
☆ TOO HARD.
☆ my bad, I bought useless colour *sigh*
Purchase again?
Umm... Maybe in other shades, NOT NUDE SHADES OF COURSE. Brown might be an exception. Kekeke.
